The Blue Digital ("we," "us," "our") is a content strategy and social media business run by Zwia Luvhimbi, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
The Blue Digital is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website and the booking links, forms and sign-up tools linked from it.
When you book a call, fill in one of our forms, or sign up for our list, we may collect your name and email address, along with anything else you choose to share with us. We also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and general location, through Google Analytics, so we can understand how people use the site.

If you sign up for our list, we'll send occasional emails about content strategy and updates from The Blue Digital. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
We don't sell or rent your information. We do share it with the tools we use to run this business, such as Calendly, Google Forms and Calendar, Mailchimp and Google Analytics, only so they can carry out the specific function they're there for.
This site uses cookies through Google Analytics so we can see how many people visit and how they use it. You can accept or decline these in the banner when you arrive, or manage them at any time through your browser settings.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, and access is limited to the people who need it to run The Blue Digital.
Under POPIA, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it, at any time. Email us and we'll sort it out.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or for as long as the law requires.
